Peg Calvario, PCC
Peg Calvario’s personal goals have taken her from running ten marathons to selling her family business and then forward to start a new professional career aligned with her passion to propel business leaders and emerging leaders through conscious communication in their work and thought leadership. Peg is dedicated to helping goal-driven professionals reach their goals faster and easier.
Peg possesses the leading credentials designated by the International Coach Federation and diverse professional education in Applied Positive Psychology, Vistage CEO Advisory Board Facilitation, and Outward Bound. She intently uses this experience to create a custom, goal-oriented plan for each professional she coaches and mentors.
Focus is placed on self-awareness, deep learning and generating results as opposed to telling a person what to do. The intended outcome is transformation, which improves business performance, enhances the quality of life and enriches relationships.
Peg’s personal story extends beyond the accomplishment as a 25+ year veteran of the fitness industry, together with her husband they were the founders of the Pottstown Health Club. Peg handled the club’s marketing and sales performance generating more than one million dollars in annual personal membership sales. When her daughter was diagnosed with a terminal osteosarcoma in 2003, she was forced to rethink her own goals with her business as well as her life. Her strategy leveraged her company’s brand strength and positioned its sale in September 2008. The magnitude of her personal experiences has given her the strength, the savvy, the initiative and the expertise to help other people live their passion. Working with Peg will give you that expert outside perspective to propel your success.
Peg is active in the Greater Philadelphia and Tri-County Area business communities. Since 2012, she became Professional Women’s Roundtable’s membership chair and board member. She currently serves the International Coach Federation Philadelphia Chapter as 2016-17 President. Peg is a member of Tri-County Area Chamber of Commerce and ’97 alum of Leadership Tri-County.
